I’m Marcin Grabowiec - bladesmith and knifemaker behind MG Forge.
I build each knife in small batches, from forging and heat treatment to final geometry and finish.
I work with Tamahagane, San Mai laminations, and Damascus to create blades that perform in real kitchens and still look like they belong in a collection. You can also find my knives in a number of specialized shops worldwide, alongside a limited selection available directly here.
If you’re a maker, I also design workshop machines that speed up finishing without taking control away from your hands.
