1. Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide. In rare cases, certain destinations may be unavailable due to carrier limits or local restrictions. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you before dispatch.
2. Courier, service, and insurance
We ship via air courier, most often DHL Express or an equivalent international carrier. Shipments typically include the carrier’s standard insurance, which may vary by destination and carrier terms.
3. Processing time and dispatch
Made-to-order/personalized knives require production time, and the estimated timeline is shown on the product page or confirmed by email. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched after payment is confirmed, usually within 2–5 business days, unless stated otherwise.
4. Delivery estimates
Delivery times depend on the destination and external factors such as customs processing, peak seasons, and transport conditions. Any delivery date is an estimate and not a guarantee.
5. Customs, duties, VAT, and import fees
Unless agreed otherwise before you place the order, the customer is responsible for all import-related charges, including customs duties, VAT/GST, clearance fees, and local handling fees. If you are unsure about these costs, contact us before ordering.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import charges and is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, any refund (where required by law) may be reduced by the actual costs incurred, including shipping, return shipping, customs, storage, and carrier fees.
6. Tracking
When available, we provide a tracking number after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on carrier systems and local handovers.
7. Address accuracy and failed delivery
Please provide a complete and accurate address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, refusal, repeated failed attempts, or failure to collect a parcel from a pickup point, the customer is responsible for additional shipping and handling costs to reship the order.
8. Damaged, missing, or lost shipments
If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the outer box, label, internal packaging, and the item, keep all packaging, and email mmg.forge@gmail.com as soon as possible. If an item appears lost or tracking stops updating for an extended period, contact us and we will open a carrier inquiry. Final outcomes depend on carrier investigation and insurance rules, and may include replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Returns related to shipping
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable. If a return is permitted by law or explicitly agreed, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.
